ImportantDomestic gap and kimchi premium answer different questions. CoinWOW keeps them in separate columns so one is not mistaken for the other.

How to read the Upbit–Bithumb gap

The domestic gap compares two KRW markets directly. A +0.50% value means Upbit is 0.50% higher than Bithumb at that snapshot; a negative value means Bithumb is higher.

Kimchi premium is different: it compares a Korean price against a global reference converted to KRW. CoinWOW shows both numbers side by side so a local exchange imbalance is not mistaken for a Korea-vs-global premium.

Thin order books, listing status, deposit or withdrawal conditions and fast price moves can temporarily widen the gap. Treat it as market data, not guaranteed arbitrage profit.
